Step 1

For the cauliflower: Toss the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, ground mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, 1 teaspoon salt and several grinds of pepper in a large bowl until combined. Transfer to a 6-quart air fryer. Air fry at 190 degrees C, tossing halfway through, until tender, golden brown and crisp at the edges, 20 to 25 minutes (see Cook's Note).

Step 2

For the creamy honey mustard sauce: Meanwhile, whisk the honey, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and a generous pinch of salt in a small bowl until smooth and combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 3

Sprinkle the parsley over the cauliflower and serve with the creamy honey mustard sauce for dipping or drizzling.
