Customise these bean and egg bakes with your favourite ingredients. They're a great source of protein to help kick start your day in a delicious way.

Method
To make Beanz Baked Eggs with Spinach and Tomatoes:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
2. In a large shallow baking dish layer the spinach leaves at the bottom, followed by the Beanz and scatter over the cherry tomatoes.
3. Make 4 indents with the back of a spoon and crack an egg into each.
4. Scatter the oregano and some black pepper over the whole tray.
5. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until the whites are just set.
Note: Serves 2
To make Beanz Mushroom and Parmesan Baked Eggs:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
2. Heat a knob of butter in a large frying pan and cook the mushrooms for 4-5 minutes or until they’ve reduced in volume and are starting to turn golden.
3. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute.
4. Remove from the heat and add the Beanz, Parmesan, plenty of black pepper and most of the parsley, reserving some for the garnish.
5. Pour the mixture into a large oven dish or tray making sure it’s in an even layer.
6. Make 4 small indents using the back of a spoon and crack the eggs into them.
7. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until the whites have set.
8. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley and some more black pepper to serve.
Note: Serves 2
To make Beanz Bacon and Potato Baked Eggs:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
2. Bring the potatoes to the boil in water and cook for 10-12 minutes until a knife inserted comes out easily.
3. Drain and cool then slice into 1cm thick rounds.
4. Heat a large non-stick oven proof frying pan and cook the bacon until the fat has rendered down and it has started to crisp up.
5. Add the sliced potatoes and the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
6. Take off the heat then mix in the Beanz, chilli flakes, spinach and plenty of black pepper.
7. Pour the mixture into a large oven dish or tray and make 4 small indents with the back of a spoon then crack the eggs into them.
8. Grate over the Cheddar and cover with foil then bake in the oven for 15-18 minutes or until the whites have set.
