Method

1) In a small bowl, mix the egg, milk and oil. Stir in the pancake mix only until the lumps dissolve.

2) Preheat a little oil in a frying pan until hot.

3) Ladle batter onto the hot frying pan and cook. Flip the pancakes when edges are cooked and bubbles on top begin to break.

4) Serve immediately.

Cook's Note: Add more liquid to the batter if it becomes too thick.
