Method

1) Add the margarine and 1 minced onion to a medium saute pan over medium heat. Saute till translucent, but do not brown.

2) Next add the chilli powder, paprika, allspice, curry, dry mustard and cinnamon. Add the beef, stir thoroughly and cook for 5 minutes, then add the water and simmer over a medium to low heat for 30 minutes.

3) In a medium saucepan, boil the hot dogs with salt according to the directions on the packet or can. Steam the buns.

4) When the meat is done simmering, add some meat mixture to the hot dog in the bun, top evenly with minced onion, yellow mustard, and a sprinkle of celery salt.
