- With a round dough cutter, cut the whole-meal bread into many circles.
- To make the mini gourmet panettone, layer the bread circles with the various ingredients: olive paté with prosciutto slices, mayonnaise with Grana Padano PDO flakes, pesto with cooked ham.
- Serve garnished with pomegranate seeds and baby spinach leaves.
