- Heat a skillet on high heat and add a glug of olive oil.
- Once the oil starts smoking, add the peppers in and drizzle over some more oil.
- Leave them to cook, turning to give them a char on each side. Continue to turn them and season with a generous pinch of salt.
- Remove from heat once the skin is blistered and charred on each side, about 5 minutes.
- Serve in a bowl, add more salt if needed and enjoy.
